The ThermoFlex is Xcel's most advanced diving wetsuit series, featuring all new TDC Thermo Dry Celliant, a revolutionary inner lining with Smart Fiber Technology that recycles your body heat into infrared energy for greater warmth, increased endurance, faster recovery, and enhanced overall performance. The 5/4mm ThermoFlex features TDC in a low pile infrared print front and back body from neck to knees. Xcel's lightweight Quick Dry Lining with faster drying is found in the arms and lower legs. On the outside, tonal printed shoulder graphics reduce wear and tear from BC straps. The ThermoFlex is glued & blindstitched with compression-resistant UltraStretch neoprene for softer foam and better durability. Easy on/off ankle zippers with sealed "V" shaped inner ankle flaps allow for extra easy access.

Entry Systems
Waterproof Drylock Entry System
The most advanced front entry system with a 100% waterproof Drylock zipper angled along the upper chest. The zipper flap is attached at the right shoulder to keep more water out. A Two-Part SmoothSkin Hem Seal on the left open shoulder forms a more complete, secure seal. The Magnetic Zip Closure allows for easier and quicker release than traditional snap locks. The inner Crosssover Neck Entry features overlapping panels that stretch to allow extra wide, step-in-through-the-neck entry.
Two-Part SmoothSkin Hem Seal
Wide SmoothSkin hem seal on the zipper flap's left open shoulder, plus tonal printed graphics on the left shoulder directly underneath the hem, forms a more complete and secure seal that keeps even more water out.
Magnetic Zip Closure
Innovative, quick release zipper closure features double magnets on the zipper pull tab and attached zipper flap that securely lock the zipper in place, for easier and quicker release than traditional snap locks.
Crossover Neck Entry
Overlapping inner front and back neck panels (underneath the zipper flap) stretch to allow extra wide, step-in-through-the-neck entry.
X2 Front Entry System
A watertight front entry system with a front zipper angled along the upper chest. The zipper flap is attached at the right shoulder to keep more water out. The inner Crossover Neck Entry features overlapping panels that stretch to allow extra wide, step-in-through-the-neck entry.
OS Back Entry
Easy access back zipper offset from the spine to maximize comfort and flexibility, especially when paddling. A Water Barrier Inner Dam rests between the zipper and your back to maximize comfort and minimize flushing. Glued & blindstitched zipper flaps with a durable reinforced zipper base. The single layer SmoothSkin collar enhances comfort and warmth.

Easy on/off ankle zipper system includes inner dams lined with GlideSkin for comfort and warmth. Using GlideSkin allows ease of entry (''gliding'' over your skin) and forms a good seal once in place.

UltraStretch Neoprene
Comfortable, lightweight neoprene with softer foam and a tighter weave textile for less water absorption, better durability, and maximum stretch.
Texture Skin
Texture embossed rubber that provides excellent wind resistance; ideal for outer chest panels hoods, and other areas that would otherwise lose warmth quickly.
Quick Dry Lining
Fast drying, lightweight, and naturally hydrophobic, this premium inner lining has an accelerated drying time to improve warmth and overall performance; Quick Dry Lining is also made from recycled polyester fibers for an earth-friendlier final product.
Liquid Neoprene
Dipped in liquid neoprene to fully seal seams and maximize warmth without sacrificing flexibility.
Ventx
Breathable, moisture wicking, quick drying 4-way stretch fabric for maximum performance in and out of the water. Rated UPF30 for Very Good sun protection.

Construction
Fusion Weld Stitch-Free Seams
The most durable, stitch-free, maximum all-way stretch seam construction; glued seams are heat fused together with a strong, lightweight outer composite and finished with inner taping for a fully leakproof seal that keeps in maximum warmth.
Thermo Dry Seam Tape
This all-way stretch, lightweight, durable interior seam tape creates an even better seal that keeps warmth in and water out. The tape is either infrared patterned (products with TDC) or yellow (non-TDC products).
Drylock Wrist Seals
An Xcel exclusive, this seamless, engineered "donut seal" construction keeps more water out, minimizes flushing, and forms a snug, comfortable seal.
Inner NexSkin Seals
A thin band of liquid neoprene ("NexSkin") in the inner wrists and/or ankles forms an excellent seal and helps minimize flushing.
Glued & Blindstitched Seams
A fully sealed, maximum stretch seam construction. Neoprene panels are glued and pressed together, then blindstitched (needle doesn't fully penetrate neoprene, keeping more water out).
